DBS Checked for Peace of Mind

All of our support care workers are DBS checked and all have a vast amount of experience and are incredibly reliable. All carers carry identification badges, and this is clearly visible for our clients. They’re dressed in appropriate uniforms and are fully informed of each and every service user’s care and support needs.

Excellent Training

Care staff constantly train to achieve higher standards. Several team members have recently achieved, or are working towards, their Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma. All carers receive extensive induction and foundation training in the following subjects:

How to Get Started

Following your initial contact, our regional care manager makes an appointment to visit your home if you wish. This is typically done within 72 hours, and it’s where we address any questions or concerns you may have.

This is a free, no obligation process designed to assess specific needs. As an experienced, qualified manager, they discuss how a care support plane with our company may help. This normally takes around 2 hours, and you receive all the information you need. This helps you to make an informed choice about your preferred interventions and care services.
